Capt. Claude Minaudo and wife Isabelle Jouette ship "Albarquel" of Dieppe, France, arriving Norheimsund Guestharbour in solid rain yesteraday afternoon. "Albarquel", a traditional 80 feet wooden ketch built in Portugal 1957, is arriving from Longyearbyen, Spitzbergen and will winter in Norheimsund.
